Club-Mate is a sparkling, natural, gluten free and vegan infusion essentially composed of yerba mate. The brand was initially crafted inside the German Loscher family brewery back in 1924. From a marketing strategy aspect, Club-Mate examplifies well-educated and eco-aware generations with reasonable buying methods and balanced holistic approaches to inspire not guilty pleasure. Previously, I had the opportunity to test the CM "Granat" variety which was already a great tasting experience both afk and in-game.

In terms of gustatory impression, we have a more simple recipe here as yerba mate is the sole infused ingredient with pretty herbaceous notes. It remains easily assimilable because the quantity of yerba mate is not too agressive. There is also a minor and smooth sugar balance with a 5% dosage only.

Nutrition-wise, yerba mate is a South-African substitute of coffee with more valuable benefits (20mg caffeine for 100ml compared to 6,5mg in an expresso). So this enables a mental and physical boost all day long. Rich in antioxidants, mate prevents human bodies from micro-organisms responsible for aging, imperfections and digestive troubles. On top of that, Club-Mate has one of the best value for money in that it is 3 times less expensive than European quality teas.

+ DIRECTIONS

Best practice is to make your drink more fresh by serving it in a cup or a shaker blended with ice cubes. Best lapse of time is to consume the supplement during late morning or afternoon as it could elevate your mood! I recommend a semi-consumption 30 min before your session to prepare your cerebral plasticity and connect your grinding mood. I do not recommend overnight intakes except for gaming/streaming marathon!
